Over the years, I have dedicated my life to the world of bodybuilding, and my journey has led me to own three gyms, launch a successful supplement company, and create a gym brand known as Youssef Strength. Additionally, I established an educational academy for aspiring personal trainers seeking certification.
I have actively competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions, clinching first place in my category at regional shows and achieving a remarkable sixth place at the world championships. Our online bodybuilding program provides 6 progressive training programs over 12 months, nutrition plans, and ongoing support delivered through an online platform, allowing you to train and improve your physique from anywhere. We also include daily targets for step count, fluid intake etc, to make sure you get the most out of the program. You can progress from beginner to advanced if followed correctly.
To start, purchase the program, either by pay as you go for £19 a month or pay for the full 12 months for only £149. You will then be sent a link to download our app, and everything will get set up for you.
I hold certifications in personal training and nutrition, along with years of experience in bodybuilding training, and coaching clients to achieve their fitness goals. I have also competed in several shows, winning my class in 2 regionals and placing 6th in the world championships in 2024.
You will have access to a group messaging service which I will actively be involved with helping you progress and answering any questions you may have. I will also be able to monitor your workouts, step count and diet, via our app, to assess your progress and ensure you stay on track.
Absolutely! Our coaching is designed specifically for beginners to intermediate bodybuilders. We will start with foundational exercises and gradually progress based on your abilities.
You’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan that aligns with your goals, including macronutrient breakdowns, meal suggestions, and tips for meal prep.
You’ll be encouraged to track your workouts & nutrition, and body measurements regularly using our app. We’ll use this data during our check-ins to assess your progress and make necessary adjustments.
You can cancel your coaching program at any time, no notice period required.
